Sleep is a very important function of our everyday life. We are supposed to be spending 1/3 of our lives doing it actually. If you are not sleeping well, then it can become something that causes you stress and it can in fact ruin the day ahead. So what the reasons you are not sleeping well? what the culprits for this? Here are some:
- check your pillow
- check your matress
- check your bedroom surroundings
- what are you doing right before going to bed
- are you in some kind of pain (neck pain, back pain, headaches etc)
- are you exercising during the day?

Another reason maybe is that you have a lot of things on your mind. I agree with what you wrote. Simple list but straight to the point.

Very informative points on what causes people not to sleep well. Very often I have a stiff neck in the morning. I think the culprit could be my pillow being not able to support well.

Great post with great simple information. I am going to pass this onto my mom who suffers badly with sleep issues and hopefully one of these work
