Often, I find many don't drink as much water as we should. Why do we need water anyway?
Water can be a great cure for a number of ailments. It's involved in about just every body reaction there is. Or at least one or more of the elements that make up H2O are.
It hydrates our muscle and disc's. Yep, just like other body parts there are mad of a whole lotta water.
It also acts as a natural detoxifier, flushing out our system.
Going to the bathroom a couple extra times is a small price to pay...drink your water!
