The Therecane is also great for the neck, digging straight down and into it. For those stressful days where you're rushing to finish work and your shoulders and neck tense, it helps as you mentioned to get the blood flowing there again.

While I'm sitting at my desk, I use my Muscle Wizard all the time because its hands-free. You should also take a look at that tool! I got mine as a Christmas gift and have loved it ever since.
