1) Trigger point massage - massaging sore muscles not only helps but feels really good. We often hear about acupressure which is similar.
2) Exercise - getting things moving helps the body get rid of waste and helps nutrients and certain cells get to where they need to go; it will also help oxygenate your system.
3) A hot bath - similar to the 1st two, heat helps get things moving too. Not only that it will be very relaxing and soothing to those specific aches and painful areas.
