Who really does have time for pain!
I suppose if you tell yourself that and can somehow mentally ignore pain indefinitely...but most of us can't and don't want to. We just want to get rid of the pain, and be as healthy as we can.
That being said let's learn to beat pain. The best way to do that is to prevent it from happening to begin with. Here's what we need to do: Exercise, Eat right, Manage our Stress, and Keep our spines healthy. We need to do the last one because that one holds our nervous system, which controls everything in the body.
