You've heard me say it before: "motion is life". So get up and start moving. It doesn't have to be a lot; 30 minutes a day even. You know you sit most of the day so make it a point to get up and move around periodically. Maybe it's even just to stretch or do some isometrics.
Next, is to start adopting some healthier habits. A big one I see with so many people is that they don't eat breakfast or at least a good one. So try your best to do that - eggs, yogurt...
Lastly, Drink more water. Water is essential for so many body functions, and it's so much better for you than some of the junk out there.
