Sugar is linked to so many problems. For example, they have found that cancer, for example, feeds off of the sugar. Even natural sugar, you know from fruits for example, aren't great really. So a difficult thing to change to "the no sugar diet". However you'll be much better for it.
I am blogging about this because this seems to indirectly decrease pain also. Sugar is linked to multiple different conditions. Eliminating sugar will also help with weight loss. Too much weight can be another indirect cause of pain as well.
So let's quickly talk about how you can do it--- what are some good tips? 1st start by drinking your coffee or tea without it. It may take a few days but you'll get used to it. Then cut out the night time sweets. Try peanuts or sunflower seeds instead. When you use you juicer you can stop putting in a lot of fruit.
