Yep; a new study has found that eating eggs with raw veggies has shown some health benefits. At the American Society for Nutrition’s Annual Meeting, the results of this study was presented.
In a nutshell there were about 16 men who ate salads with raw veggies and ones without. The ones with the egg and vegetable combination showed increased absorption of carotenoids (a natural anti-oxidant)...
The salads included tomatoes, carrots, romiane lettuce, spinach, and a couple other veggies. I post this here on Pain Relief 4 Life because nutrition and eating right helps keep us pain free.
