Get the body moving and stretch and breathe BEFORE getting out of bed.

- Breathe deeply using your diaphragm
- Arms Up, Lengthen Legs- elongate your body and stretch
- Knee to chest, hamstring stretch
- Figure 4 stretch and leg pull up- stretches your piriformis muscle
- Hip rotations (windshield wipers)
- Chest Opener and breathe at the same time
- Ankle Pumps
- Hallelujah Stretch (go left/right) - another great overall body stretch
