Last month we shared exercises that you can do when you first wake up to get the day jump started. Well what about stretches to help you fall asleep? Two days ago, I could not fall asleep; As i turned and twisted, trying to get into a comfortable position, I remember these stretches from bob and brad on the internet :). Well I quickly did them, and I literally just fell asleep.....
Here are 7 stretches you can do to help you sleep; These will help get rid of tension in the body and help to release the muscles in your body. The breathing that you do when you do these stretches is very very important.
